Meet The People Who Will Make You or Your Loved One Their Top Priority
About the dedicated staff caring for our residents.
It’s true that our community is solely dedicated to our residents. However, it’s the effort put forth by our community leadership who keep it the outstanding facility that it is. We also think it’s important that you meet the staff and learn about who’s in charge of caring for your loved one. These are the wonderful men and women who are going to help your loved one rediscover their passion for life along the “pathways” of our facility. And they’re going to do it while respecting your loved one’s dignity and honor.

The Pathways organization is led by a group of extraordinary men and women who only want one thing: to better the lives of the aging population in our communities.
Each member of our Board of Directors and Executive Board has a passion for service. Their main goal is to build not just a better community, but a better way to age.

The Journey Through Life Takes You Along Many Pathways…
Committed to Gloria Dei’s vision that has remained true for over 30 years, The Pathways at Warrington aims to provide 4 key lifestyle aspects while a loved one is living with us.

- Dignity
Older adults have provided so much to society.
Each of our residents deserve to have their dignity protected. It’s why we provide each and every one with an environment where they’re treated like the valuable members of society that they are.

- Integrity
Honesty and care you can trust
From the moment you and your loved one have interest in The Pathways, you will notice every interaction and every decision made by us involves the highest level of integrity.

- Compassion
Compassion is the foundation for all of our relationships.
Compassion is the basis for all of our interactions. In fact, we choose our employees as much on their attitudes as we do their experience.

- Equality
We are a nondenominational, nonsectarian community.
We are open to people of all faiths, genders, and races. Your loved one will feel immediately welcomed as soon as they enter The Pathways.
Aging at home can be a concerning situation when your loved one can’t access the whole house or is living in total isolation.
These two things combined may lead to negative effects. Why not explore the idea of community living for your loved one? Social interaction coupled with our packed activities calendar can help your loved one rejuvenate their light of life and keep it burning bright for those around them. There are many reasons community living for an aging loved one far exceeds aging at home alone. Come find out why. Explore The Pathways at Warrington and everything we have to offer you and your loved one!
