How to Begin

In order to begin applying to our Memory Care or Personal Care Community, we’ve created these 4 easy steps for you to follow on how to begin!

Step 1

Assess the level of care your loved one requires.

If your loved one is advanced in age, you may begin to notice that they could be struggling with everyday tasks.

It might be difficult for them to cook their own meals, get in and out of the shower, or even put on a change of clothing. And as difficult as it may be to watch happen, it’s even more difficult to make that decision to move mom, dad, or another family member.

At The Pathways at Warrington, we understand it’s a hard decision, but we’re here to help in every way possible. This includes helping you assess the level of care your loved one needs. We encourage you to download one of our Assessment Checklists to see what areas of your loved one’s life might require personal care or specialized memory care.
